Adjusting by Tanner Derderian

Black as night, bright as day

The nights do shine, and the day so fades

As the world turns upon itself

And flips right over, upside down it fell

And yet to those upon the ride

It felt as familiar as a past stride

And when the sun was black and the moon was gold

We said to ourselves, this is still our world.
